            Advisor Team
Primary field force of new and rising agents. These agents are generally individuals who are new to the
industry or establish themselves as rising producers and future team leaders. Part-time agents will likely
also remain in this category. Members of the Advisor Team will typically be individual agents or individuals
who are beginning to establish a team that has not yet grown to the Management Team level. While Advisor
Team members are not yet at the Management Team level, they are often the front line of the organization
with direct relationships serving our client base and providing valuable feedback from the field.

when appropriate. Additional opportunities are provided for Management Team members to participate in
events tailored toward further developing and growing their teams and opportunities to provide input and
            contribute to the larger organization.
            Executive Team
